This happened some time ago - so maybe their service has improved. My unit fell off the wall 14 months or so after installation, and was just hanging by electrical and gas connections. Took them 2 days to attend and after re-securing the unit to the wall they tried to charge me as their workmanship guarantee was only for 12 months. (The unit was originally installed using plastic plugs).
